As a Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for helping to lead and drive the daily operation of a scratch kitchen concept. You will manage both BOH and FOH to ensure a fun workplace while delivering a positive guest experience.
You will oversee all hourly team members and will assist the General Manager in all administrative and leadership functions to ensure a smooth operation.
Other responsibilities of the Assistant Manager include:
- Handling payroll and scheduling
- Overseeing inventory, quality, and safety
- Understanding of financial aspects of business operation, P&L knowledge.
- Ensuring compliance with Pepperoni Grill standards in all areas of operation.
